Parking is provided as a convenience and is subject to availability. Parking areas may include surface lots, garages, and assigned or unassigned spaces depending on the community. Certain parking spaces or permits may require an additional fee, which will be disclosed by management where applicable. Vehicles must be operable, properly registered, and parked only in designated areas. Parking privileges may be assigned, reassigned, modified, or revoked by management based on operational needs, safety considerations, or policy violations. Parking areas may not be used for vehicle repairs, storage of inoperable vehicles, or parking in fire lanes, accessible spaces without authorization, or other restricted areas. Management may enforce this policy through warnings, towing, or other actions permitted by law. The community is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property, and this policy may be updated or enforced in accordance with applicable laws.
