We love the location in downtown OP Property and maintenance staff have been very attentive and responsive - They have always responded with a phone call, email, or message within 24 hours of me submitting a request or asking a question. Only opportunity for improvement would be the quality of the clothes washer provided with the unit - it is much louder than what we were used to from our home with the clicks and clanks and other noises that the machine makes when in operation which I understand to be normal machine operational noise .
